Today you crossed a line, me you and mummy was all playing out in the garden as you love to explore, daddy put his rum down for 2 seconds while he popped back into the house when he came back out again you was sipping his rum. Not good little big. You didn’t hate it but you definitely didn’t like it, so on your 18th birthday your buying me a shot of the good stuff.

Can’t believe we are celebrating your 2nd birthday already! Time has flown by.
Daddy took the day off work to make your day even more special. As soon as I got home, and your cousin, auntie and grandparents arrived, we cracked open the BBQ, as well as your presents and card. Everyone has been very generous.

Hey Lara,
To celebrate Father’s Day weekend, we wanted to take you to the zoo. A few minutes before we were set to leave, your Auntie Debbie messaged me and asked what we were up to, so we invited her and your cousin Jayden along with us. Needless to say we had a great time, and it stopped raining long enough to enjoy the animals.
After lunch and a play in the playground with Jayden, we hit the gift shop. We fully expected you to come away with a stuffed toy of a meercat or similar…you had chosen a tractor. So happy with it!
We had a great day, and hope you did too. You slept hard on the way home. Clearly tuckered out. Ha ha.

Hey Lil Bug,
Found out recently that there was a nature trail at Rushden Lakes, so paid it a visit. Lunch at Wildwood, grabbed some bits from a couple of shops and a lovely walk around the lake. You met some cute wooden animals.
You had no fear marching through the bushes. Your poor Papa Bug was lumbered with your buggy. I needed to get my steps up.
You turned 23 months old this week. Nuts. In less than a month you will be 2. 2! Where has the time gone?

Hey Little Bug
I haven’t blogged for a while so thought I’d take this opertunity, we brought you a ladybug backpack that has a strap so you can walk free and be safe at the same time, you love to get your jacket and bag on and trot round the block, me and mummy love taking you as you love looking at all the trees bushes and plants on Our walks. You always have to find a stick of some sort.
On our last adventure walk you made friends with a cat and even made sure that everyone had a stick to hold.
