    Well you finally did it you practiced so hard and remembered your promise and became a Rainbow, you couldn’t have looked prouder with your new pin badge and book.

    You have had a nice morning with mummy playing with all the things that people have bought you for Christmas. You have made us so many ice creams from you cart, built a puzzle and even built snowmen with play clay.

  • Lockdown part 2

    Hey little bug,

    Well once again we’re in a suposid lockdown, the covid virus is on the rise again, Ashley Lynsey’s husband has been diagnosed with covid and now you won’t be able to see Lynsey for 2 weeks, means daddy will be looking after you, no Biggie I’m sure we will have fun and find things to do. 

    As we can’t go see nanny and grandad mummy has taught them to use whatsapp we had our first video chat with Jayden Debbie and nanny, you went shy and hid for the entire phone call, maybe next time.

    Hey Bug,

    We have found a movie that you enjoy called Stickman. It’s an adventure of a stickman wanting to get home to his family. You love nothing more then cuddling up to me or you mummy and watching it before bed.

  • Haloween adventure

    Hey little bug

    Well you have survived another haloween, the boogie man didn’t come get you and make you dance.

    We dressed you up as a pumpkin when you went to see Lynsey and I have just finished carving you a pumpkin and even before you had seen it lit up you guessed and recognised what I had done for you….yep your favourite cartoon character Peppa pig.

  • Lara’s wee adventure

    Hey little bug,

    Lynsey spoke to me when I picked you up from child care and explained you were getting inquisitive as to where the older girls go to the toilet.. today I ask you if you wanted a wee you said yes so I pulled you nappy down and sat you on the big toilet, you didn’t like this idea and so I lifted you off and you sat on the potty. When you got off you had done a little dribble, you go little bug your learning so fast and over coming all your mile stones me and mummy are so proud of you.

    Lara big bed adventure

    Hey Bug,

    Well, you have only gone and nailed another milestone!

    We are currently on holibobs and on the first night, your Mummy & I went to put you to bed in a travel cot and you were petrified. I quickly removed you and without any alternative, popped you straight down in the big bed with Derek. You slept all the way through till morning. You have even had a nap in the big bed.

    Way to go Little Bug!

  • Lara owes daddy a shot of rum!

    Hey little bug,

    Today you crossed a line, me you and mummy was all playing out in the garden as you love to explore, daddy put his rum down for 2 seconds while he popped back into the house when he came back out again you was sipping his rum. Not good little big. You didn’t hate it but you definitely didn’t like it, so on your 18th birthday your buying me a shot of the good stuff.

    Hey Little Bug

    I haven’t blogged for a while so thought I’d take this opertunity, we brought you a ladybug backpack that has a strap so you can walk free and be safe at the same time, you love to get your jacket and bag on and trot round the block, me and mummy love taking you as you love looking at all the trees bushes and plants on Our walks. You always have to find a stick of some sort.

    On our last adventure walk you made friends with a cat and even made sure that everyone had a stick to hold.

    I haven’t blogged for you for a while but that does not mean I have forgotten about you, I have simply been having to much fun seeing you grow and become a very independent young lady.

    So what’s been happening? Well YOU CAN WALK yes you read that right your more on your feet then your not, your more confident on carpet then you are on the laminate but you love walking and shouting your random babblings
